The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
- North America : 3 - 5 business days
- Europe : 7 - 14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 7 - 14 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to do a custom blend for you by request! I am a certified Clinical Aromatherapist, so that's what I do! This includes changing the carrier oil in roll on blends if you happen to be allergic to coconut oil. Simply contact me about the blend that you wish, and I will let you know you cost and the estimated time it will take to fill your order.
In some cases, I can also provide single essential oils in larger amounts, such as 30 ml. Please contact me to inquire about the oil you would like in a larger size, and I will let you know if it is possible, and what the cost would be.
Care instructions
All essential oils should be stored in a cool, dry place, and out of direct sunlight. Oils don't like direct sunlight (which is why I sell them in amber glass bottles, as added protection) or heat, and some (such as citrus oils) can oxidize if stored incorrectly. If you aren't going to use them within six to eight months, it is safe to store them in the refrigerator, as cold doesn't hurt them. Crystallization from cold is completely normal for some essential oils, and they will be fine when restored to room temperature.
